Rate Information Custom ToursHalf-Day Tours (3.5 hours) cost $260 for a group of 1, 2, or 3 persons and $295 for 4, 5, or 6 persons. Full-Day Tours (8 hours) cost $520 for a group of 1, 2, or 3 persons and $595 for 4, 5, or 6 persons. If tours are planned to last longer than 8 hours, $75 will be charged for each hour past the initial 8-hour period. (We don't charge for extra time when the tour goes beyond 8 hours due to traffic or our enthusiasm to show you one more sight.) A Taste of Wine Country Tour (4.5 hours) costs $325 for a group of 1, 2, or 3 persons and $375 for 4, 5, or 6 persons. Journey to Monterey Tour (10 hours) costs $690 for a group of 1, 2, or 3 persons and $770 for 4, 5, or 6 persons. Yosemite Valley (14 hours) costs $1,075. Quoted rates are for tours beginning and ending in San Francisco or at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). If you wish to be picked up or dropped off in another locale, a surcharge may be applied. Overnight tours lasting two or more days may be arranged. Tour Guides We charge $200 for 4 hours or less and $40 for each additional hour for step-on guide services for tours starting and ending in San Francisco. Cancellations and Exclusions There is a $25 cancellation fee for Custom Tours canceled more than 48 hours in advance. Payments for Custom Tours canceled less than 48 hours in advance of the start of the tour are not refundable. If, for whatever reason, Blue Heron is forced to cancel your tour, all fees will be promptly refunded. There is a $50 fee for Tour Guide (Step-on Guide) services canceled more than one week in advance. Payments for Tour Guide (Step-on Guide) services canceled within one week of the start of the tour are not refundable. The cancellation policy for large group tours will be explained at the time the tour is booked. Tour prices do not include entry fees, meals, or driver gratuity. Tour prices to the wine country do not include tasting charges. Back to Top
